According to Koh, for leaders to be successful they need to teach “people how to think about things in a new way, so that we can all come together using our strengths, and get more of what we want, get more outcomes that the patients need.” Additionally, Koh says we need to look at “successful high performing leaders and ask what do they do differently?”
